Authorisation
Services which communicate with the Ignite Signals API do so with API Keys.
Keep your API Key Private!! You should take care to ensure that all calls made to the Ignite Signals API endpoints are performed from the server side of your application. Do not let your API key be exposed to the public site.
Your end-users will also communicate with the Ignite Signals API using securely signed tokens to authenticate these calls. These tokens are returned from relevant endpoints when calling the Ignite Signals API and are restricted to perform only intended actions.
Get an API Key
To integrate with Ignite Signals first head to your portal. Click Settings->API Keys to create an API key for your organisation.
